Packing & Delivery

LLDPE products are generally packaged in 25kg net weight plastic woven bags, with polyethylene film lining inside the bags to prevent the products from getting damp. According to customer requirements, large bags of 500kg or 1000kg can also be used for packaging, or pallets can be used for containerization, and the outside can be reinforced with stretch film and packing straps to facilitate forklift loading and unloading as well as transportation. The packaging is clearly marked with information such as the product name, model, net weight, production date, manufacturer, and implemented standard.

During transportation, LLDPE products should be stored in a clean, dry and well-ventilated closed vehicle, avoiding exposure to sunlight and rain, and preventing packaging damage that may cause the products to become damp or mixed with impurities. It is strictly prohibited to transport together with flammable, explosive or corrosive items. When handling, handle with care to avoid violent collision and rolling to prevent particle damage. When transporting over long distances or by sea, it is necessary to ensure that the goods are securely fastened to prevent them from shifting or toppling over during transportation.
