Calcium Sulfate is the fibrous single crystal of Calcium Sulfate which having lots of excellent physical and chemical properties, like high strength, high modulus, high dielectric strength, abrasion resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, good infrared reflection, easy for surface treatment, good interaction with polymer compound, non-toxic, etc

Usage:
Construction industry: Calcium sulfate can be used in building materials, insulation materials, coatings, reinforcing materials, etc. in the construction industry. Calcium sulfate whiskers have good friction, heat preservation, heat insulation, fire prevention, non-conductor insulation and other properties, and can replace asbestos as friction materials, thermal insulation materials and fire prevention (flame retardant) materials. As an early strength agent in concrete admixtures, the general dosage is about 3% to adjust the setting time and mix in the cement. When calcium sulfate is added to concrete, it has an obvious early strength effect.
Papermaking industry: Calcium sulfate is used in the papermaking industry and can replace part or most of the pulp.
